Enterprise data leadership for mission-driven organizations

The data leadership Fortune 500s pay six figures for — for nonprofits who could never otherwise access it.

15+ years leading enterprise analytics, BI, and CRM teams — now applied directly to your GA4 property, your Salesforce database, or your donor dashboard. Real systems, handed off to staff who can run them without us in the room.

Monthly action items — after
01Fix the ticketing stream — it's hiding $71K in tracked revenue.
02Pause Paid Social, redirect budget to Organic — 61% engagement gap.
03Direct traffic is a tracking gap, not a channel — fix UTM tagging.

This isn't a volunteer dabbling in analytics. It's enterprise BI leadership — the same discipline behind Fortune 500 marketing platforms — applied to organizations that could never budget for a director-level hire.

— on why the model is different

The engagement

One sequence. No guesswork.

01 — PREP

Goal alignment

A short intake conversation anchors the whole engagement to one real decision your organization needs to make — not a vague "understand our audience."

02 — AUDIT & FOUNDATION

Fix, then build

Tracking gaps get fixed first. Then we build the reporting your team will actually use — dashboards and exports sized for real capacity, not a data team you don't have.

03 — TRAINING & HANDOFF

Sustains without us

A standing AI prompt and a monthly checklist, handed to one staff member with 30 minutes a month. No ongoing dependence on a consultant.

What we do

Four capability areas, one enterprise background

Most engagements start with one of these and expand as trust and data maturity grow. Each is drawn directly from 15+ years leading these exact functions at enterprise scale.

Proven — Washington Improv Theater, Portland Wheelers

Web & marketing analytics

GA4 audits and fixes, Google Ad Grant setup, marketing dashboards, AI-assisted monthly reporting.

Proven — The Amani Foundation

CRM & database architecture

Salesforce object design, full data migration, custom views and reports, API-connected data pipelines.

Proven — Montcalm-Ionia United Way

BI dashboards & reporting

Excel, Power BI, or Tableau dashboards built around real KPIs and the capacity staff actually have.

Proven — The Amani Foundation

Data automation & pipelines

Custom scripts and API integrations — like an R pipeline via salesforcer — that remove manual, repetitive work.

Grant impact reporting

Funder-ready dashboards and outcome statements, built from data you already track.

Grant application data support

The numbers and evidence for your application — not the narrative writing.

Training & AI enablement

Teaching one staff member to run the system independently, whichever capability area it touches.

WEB & MARKETING ANALYTICS — COMPLETED JUNE 2026

Washington Improv Theater

$71K
in tracked revenue identified
12 → 5
channels reduced to actionable insights
<6 hrs
of volunteer time, start to handoff

A critical ticketing-stream misconfiguration was hiding real revenue from view. Once fixed, the property went from a noisy 12-channel report no one had time to read to a 5-insight monthly system that staff run independently — no ongoing volunteer involvement required.

CRM & DATABASE ARCHITECTURE

The Amani Foundation

Full Salesforce database build and migration, plus a custom R pipeline (via salesforcer) for donor data and reporting — saved the org $22,852, redirected to residential care, education, and nutrition programs for children in northern Tanzania.

BI DASHBOARDS & REPORTING

United Way of Montcalm-Ionia

Custom Excel dashboard built around organizational KPIs, with staff training and maintenance guidelines for long-term independent use.

Google Ad Grant setup, staff training, and GA4 integration ahead of their August 23 summer festival.
